The TCL FreshIN Series Fresh Air AC features the innovative FreshIN technology, incorporating four-fold noise reduction techniques. It achieves a minimum noise level of 16 dB(A), and at a fresh air volume of 30m³/h, it achieves a quiet fresh air level of 30 dB(A), reducing industry-standard noise levels by 10 dB(A) at the same airflow rate.

This product undergoes four-level filtration purification through HEPA filters, ensuring exceptionally high purification efficiency. To make good air visible, the product is equipped with a new TVOC gas monitoring sensor, providing clear insight into indoor air quality.

A significant pain point for users when using air conditioners is the fluctuation in indoor temperature, causing discomfort and health issues due to sudden changes in temperature. In addition to fuzzy control and expert PID algorithms, TCL Air Conditioners, guided by a collaborative innovation approach, collaborated with top research teams to pioneer the AI Temporal Prediction Algorithm. This innovation controls room temperature fluctuations within ±0.3°F, eliminating the problem of sudden temperature changes.

Behind these leading technologies lies the relentless dedication of the research and development team. Over the course of two years, more than 100 R&D teams were organized, visiting over 1000 users, conducting over 3000 experiments with hundreds of prototypes. The challenge in reducing fresh air noise lies in the restriction against creating new holes, thus necessitating the use of a single fresh air pipe of approximately 31mm. Achieving a fresh air volume of 30m³/h requires a fresh air flow rate of 14m/s in the pipe, creating high-speed airflow prone to significant noise and vibration. Overcoming this noise is a formidable task.
The engineering team has implemented technical innovations and optimizations throughout the entire airflow pathway. In the intake chamber, they have introduced a pioneering dual-channel guiding design. Through simulation, they have identified the optimal angle for air intake, ensuring smoother airflow and reducing collisions between air and duct cavities. Additionally, they have incorporated dual-layer porous sound-absorbing chambers. The energy of sound is continuously reflected, attenuated, and dissipated within these minute pores, meeting users’ requirements for acoustic comfort. As a result, noise energy reduced by 17% than ordianary Fresh Air AC.

In terms of intelligent learning, the FreshIN Series Fresh Air AC utilizes genetic algorithms to learn users’ usage habits and automatically control the air conditioner. Once the air conditioner is connected to the internet, all operational data and user settings are uploaded to the TCL Honghu cloud platform for BI big data analysis.
